Start from “Start a HeartPrint,” create your account, then add your pet’s profile with the details that matter — identity, routines, health notes, and more.
Yes. Account owners can invite trusted caregivers through Shared Access so they can view the information you’ve shared for that pet.
You send an invite to someone you trust. After they accept, they can view the pet details you’ve shared. You can manage or revoke access from your account.
You can designate a legacy contact for future continuity. Naming someone does not give them access now — activation requires a separate review process.
HeartPrint is built with account authentication and careful access controls. Only you and people you explicitly share with can view private pet details.
Signed-in account owners can review plan details and billing options from the Billing area in their account.
